Job Summary:

Answer, triage and forward telephone calls to the appropriate individuals. Greet patients, obtain and/or verify patient demographic and insurance information and collect co-payments. Collect all encounter forms and payments, and schedule follow-up appointments as necessary. Schedule surgeries as ordered by the physicians and obtain pre-authorizations as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Graduate or equivalent with medical terminology preferred.

Pay Range: $19.92 to $24.40
