Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Machine Operator positions in Braselton, GA This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Machine Operator, while learning new ones to assist you in your career. Responsibilities

  • Operate manufacturing equipment including resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses.

  • Complete the Operator Maintenance Program (OMP) training and machine maintenance requirements within the first 90 days.

  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

  • Inspect products for defects and identify unsafe conditions or machine issues.

  • Correct minor production problems and report equipment concerns as needed.

  • Complete production documentation accurately, including production tickets and process monitoring forms.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum 1 year of machine operation, manufacturing, production, or related industrial experience.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.

  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, counting, and tape measure reading.

  • Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures and operating instructions.

  • Ability to wear required PPE, including hearing protection, safety glasses, and safety shoes throughout the shift.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and lift materials up to 50 lbs without assistance.

Pay Details: $19.50 per hour
