• Client Needs: Light assistance, companionship, daily routines, safety oversight, support with ADLs/IADLs, and transportation to appointments

🧩 Requirements

• CNA/HHA certificate

• Level 2 background screening

• CPR (or willing to obtain)

• Experience with seniors/Dementia/live in

• Must have a personal vehicle for transporting client to doctor’s appointments

• Valid driver’s license & auto insurance

• Reliable, patient, professional Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

• Monitor and document client health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

• Medication reminders and assist with mobility and physical exercises.

• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

• Adhere to care plans and follow established protocols for patient care.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills. Requirements:

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) in Florida.

• Experience in home health care or a similar caregiving role preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and families.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
