Overview: As Partner Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind the development and implementation of our partner strategy. You will be working closely with leading integrators in Europe and the US to expand our market reach and scale sales of our AI-powered solutions. You will be responsible for building strong partnerships, designing processes and structures and supporting our partners in the successful implementation of our solutions.
Your Responsibilities: Building partnerships
- Identifying, developing and supporting strategic integration partners such as Element Logic, TGW, Knapp, Vanderlande, and other leading players in Europe and the US.
Go-to-market strategies
- Developing and implementing sales strategies with partners, including license sales and co-branded solutions.
Team building and enablement
- Building a team to support partners and implementing a structured training program for their sales teams.
Process and structure design
- Implementing efficient processes and standards to make collaboration with partners smooth and scalable.
Revenue and target responsibility
- Managing revenue generation via partners and ensuring that defined KPIs are achieved.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Coordinating closely with internal departments such as Product Management, Solutions Design and Operations to support partners.
Co-development of solutions
- Designing customized, co-branded products to meet integrators' specific requirements.
Willingness to travel
- Regular on-site visits to partners (approx. 50% on-the-road travel required) to strengthen collaboration and develop new business opportunities.
Qualifications: Education and Experience

Experience in partner sales management: proven success in the development and implementation of partner strategies, ideally in the logistics or automation sector.

In-industry network: Contacts with leading integrators and a deep understanding of their business models and market requirements.

Leadership experience: Experience in building and leading teams and implementing new processes and structures.

Technical understanding: An engineering background or affinity for complex technical products makes it easier for you to work with partners and internal teams.
