Requirements
Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license in good standing
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred, but not required; willingness to learn complex home care is essential, and we provide hands-on training
- Experience with clinical documentation in one-on-one care settings
- Experience providing skilled nursing care to medically complex children and young adults preferred
- Experience with patient assessment in one-on-one care settings preferred
- Passion for patient-centered care and supporting families preferred
