Now Hiring: ASL Interpreters (2026–2027 School Year) – Northern California

Locations: K–12 Schools throughout Lodi & Stockton, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time School Schedule (30 hours/week)

Pay: Competitive rates paid weekly ?? ($1,200 - 1,500 weekly based on experience)

Extras: Travel packages & housing stipends available

Duration: Late July 2026 - June 2027

What You’ll Do

  • Provide real-time ASL interpretation for classroom instruction, discussions, and school activities

  • Facilitate clear communication between students, teachers, staff, and peers

  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest professional and ethical standards

  • Complete required documentation in alignment with district guidelines

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Interpreting, Deaf Studies, or related field (preferred)

  • EIPA, RID, or state-required interpreter certification (as applicable)

  • State Board of Education Interpreter Certification (if required)

  • Understanding of and commitment to professional standards of practice

  • Current CPR certification (if required)

  • Ability to meet all health and compliance requirements (TB test, physical, etc.)

  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
