Job Description:

Provides relevant data to help drive strategies and ROI.
-
Prepares presentations of data for use in communicating with team members, administration, and operations.
-
Writes and prepares narrative and statistical reports to summarize findings.
-
Prepares charts, graphs, and tables of research findings using spreadsheet software.
-
Reports findings and program updates, including indicator reports.
-
Presents and communicates findings to the administrative team in a formal presentation style.
-
Handles multiple/simultaneous projects through effective time management to meet strict deadlines required by management or external customers.
-
Creates graphs and presentations in a timely, effective, and professional manner to support departmental and/or management requests.

Assists other team members, administration, and operations with data requests.
-
Collects and analyzes healthcare data to identify trends and insights.
-
Extracts, verifies, compiles, and formats data from healthcare databases and other sources for planning, decision making, evaluation, and accountability purposes.

Monitors competitor activities and conducts competitor research to create profiles and service line volumes. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Demonstrated proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel database programs

Working knowledge of research and evaluation methods, and survey techniques

Ability to process data and to format and generate reports

Ability to function as high-level project manager for SVP and Admin Dir. as assigned

Ability to prioritize and analyze issues within department, and be able to perform effectively while working within tight time constraints

Is responsive to ever-changing matrix of our department and hospital needs and acts timely and accordingly with changes

Expresses ideas and thoughts well, both written and verbally

Exhibits good listening and comprehension skills

Broad knowledge of the healthcare industry [Required]

Proficiency in SPSS, SAS, Access, QlickView, SQL, etc. [Preferred] Education:

Bachelor's [Required]

Master's [Preferred] Field of Study:

Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics or related field

degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field Work Experience:

Pay Range:
$60,151.66 - $111,886.39 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
