You will develop detailed project scopes and coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure designs meet operational needs, safety standards, and building codes. On site, you will oversee construction activities, manage contractors and vendors, and ensure projects are executed according to plan, on schedule, and within budget. You will also track project budgets and timelines, provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders, proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies, and ensure successful project closeout, including final inspections, documentation handover, and financial reconciliation.

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are executed according to plan, on schedule, and within budget.

  • Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site project-related matters, facilitating communication between all parties.

  • Track and manage project budgets, including CAPEX reporting, monitor timelines and milestones, and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure successful project closeout, including final inspections, documentation handover, and financial reconciliation.

What You Bring
