We’re offering a competitive salary of $85,000–$100,000** per year, along with a sign-on bonus foreligible** candidates.
Kids First is expanding — with two clinics in New York and growth into five additional states — and we’re hiring BCBAs to join our team!
We do believe in manageable caseloads, building strong teams between BCBA’s and BTs for a long-term sustainable service for the families we provide services, along with a full support to our BCBA’s in-house, so they can focus on the quality of services.

What You’ll Do:

Lead a team of Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children (ages 3–18).

Conduct assessments (remote), develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.

Collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes.

Mentor and support your team through ongoing feedback and professional development.

Maintain accurate documentation and follow BACB best practices.

Enjoy flexibility — most sessions take placeafter school hours, and the position isfully remote.
