Full job description

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring Patient Care Coordinator in Southborough, MA. This role is in person / onsite. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:

Type: Three-month contract - possibility of extension

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am and 4:30pm

Pay: $18-19.05/hour, based on experience

Travel: May be required to travel to Milford, Framingham, Westboro or Southboro

Responsibilities of the Patient Care Coordinator:

  • Triage patient to correct Department

  • Patient check-in for LAB or RAD appointments

  • Release orders for LAB or RAD

  • Request missing orders

  • Prepare CD imaging for pick up

  • Greet and assist patients

Qualifications of the Patient Care Coordinator:

  • High School Graduate or GED

  • Reliable transportation required

  • 6 months of medical office/customer service experience preferred

  • Clear, compassionate, and professional verbal communication

  • EPIC experience preferred

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.05 per hour
