Develop an ideal backend system architecture to solve problems efficiently.

Create strategic plans to achieve the long-term vision while delivering shorter-term solutions that provide immediate value to our customers.
Customer Interaction:

Engage with customers to understand their pain points.

Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to devise innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience
Critical Thinking:

Apply critical thinking to problem-solving, starting from the ground up.

What We're Seeking:
Must-Have:

2+ years of relevant professional full-time experience building backend systems for SE2.
-
5+ years of relevant professional full-time experience building backend systems for Senior roles.

Proactive self-starter capable of independently solving problems.

Write clean and maintainable code using Python, Django, PostGreSQL / any relevant backend stack

Troubleshoot and debug issues in the backend system

Optimize the performance of the backend services (GCP , DBT)

Some exposure to FrontEnd (React, basic familiarity with a JS library + willingness to learn)
