We are currently hiring Food Quality Associates immediately for a leading local client in Joliet, IL. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the preparation of fresh meal kits that delight customers and ensure their satisfaction. Position Details:

  • Starting Pay: $17.50/hour plus overtime opportunities

  • Schedule: Weekly pay for your convenience

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure food safety and maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process

  • Follow strict manufacturing procedures related to allergen control, organic, and gluten segregation

  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of daily production documentation

  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace by completing sanitation, facility, and quality assurance tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

  • No prior experience necessary—entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply!

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

  • Basic computer skills for documentation and communication

  • Physical ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks and responsibilities

Please note this role involves exposure to the top 8 food allergens: eggs, shellfish, fish, tree nuts, nuts, wheat, soy, and milk.

Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
