We’re looking for a Hospice Volunteer Coordinator who can bring people together, inspire service, and help ensure that every patient’s final chapter is filled with care, dignity, and connection.

What You’ll Do
- Recruit, train, and support hospice volunteers who bring comfort to our patients and families
- Match volunteers to patient needs and provide ongoing supervision and encouragement
- Maintain volunteer files, records, and reports
- Track monthly volunteer activity and ensure documentation accuracy
- Conduct evaluations, offer feedback, and foster ongoing engagement
- Support team meetings, events, and community involvement initiatives

- Hospice or healthcare experience preferred
