What you’ll be doing :
The Part-Time Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining hard-surface and carpeted floors throughout the facility. The technician will operate floor care equipment and ensure floors are clean, polished, and well-maintained.
You’ll also:

Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, and burnishers
-
Strip, wax, and refinish floors as needed
-
Clean and maintain carpeted areas
-
Perform routine floor maintenance and inspections
-
Maintain equipment in proper working condition
-
Follow all safety guidelines and chemical handling procedures

Report floor or facility maintenance concerns
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Knowledge or experience in floor care and/or related field desired.

Available for shift work.
-
Ability to maintain a positive demeanor while engaged in repetitive tasks.
-
Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with supervisor and other workers.
-
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more routinely.

Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (20 hours per week)
