Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year!

  • Full-time W-2 employment

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals.

  • Complete evaluations, documentation, and progress reports.

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Travel between school sites within the district as needed.

  • Provide supervision and support to a COTA in accordance with state and district guidelines

Qualifications

  • Active Occupational Therapist License

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to maintain compliant documentation and manage caseload responsibilities

  • Required state and district clearances
