Full job description

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a passionate Paraeducators, School Aides, and Behavioral Technicians to work in a school setting in the South Bay for the 2026-2027 school year. ?

Responsibilities:

Help teacher implement instruction Help students with projects 1:1. Working with mod-severe students with diapering ?

Position Details

Duration: 2026-2027 school year

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:00am-3:00pm

Location: Santa Clara County

Pay Rate: up to $26/hr depending on experience

Start Date: ASAP ?

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma is required CPR/BLS Certificate is required (can obtain during process)

  • Experience working in a school setting is a PLUS.

  • BT Credentialing and Training will be provided during hiring process

  • Open to MA's/CNA's who have behavioral experience ?
