  • Coordinate with Program Management and Engineering to ensure subcontract activities are reflected in program schedules and milestone tracking

  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitation documents as needed QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or supply chain in an aerospace, defense, or technology environment

  • Familiarity with contract structures, SOW development, and subcontract lifecycle management

  • Basic understanding of regulatory requirements including FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and export control compliance

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously

  • Proficiency in contract management or ERP systems; experience with document management tools a plus

  • Clear and effective communicator with a collaborative approach to working across teams

  • Eager to learn, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
