Walk-In Care NP/PA – Greater Portland Maine

Northern Light Mercy Hospital is seeking an experienced per diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our walk-in care teams in Windham and Gorham, Maine. Our experienced providers and staff work as an integrated care team to deliver high-quality urgent care services to our communities, including sick visits, sports physicians, laceration repair, and treatment of minor injuries.

Position Highlights:

  • Three 12-hour shifts per month, including weekends

  • Collegial and collaborative environment

  • Competitive pay rate

  • Supportive clinical staff

Compensation Information :

  • $72.00 - $77.00 hourly rate

  • The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position. The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.

A successful candidate will have :

  • At least 2 years of previous experience in urgent care

  • Positive, patient-centered mindset

  • Possess skills necessary to provide efficient, high-quality care in fast-paced setting
