Your Mission

As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will:

  • Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mission-critical equipment in a fast-paced food processing environment

  • Perform preventive maintenance inspections to ensure equipment readiness and reliability

  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues

  • Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and sustain operational tempo

  • Follow strict safety and quality standards

  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and recommendations accurately

How Military Experience Fits

  • Aircraft Maintenance, Avionics, or Crew Chiefs

  • Power Production, Generator, or Utilities Specialists

  • Navy : MM (Machinist’s Mate), EM (Electrician’s Mate), EN (Engineman), GSM (Gas Turbine Systems Technician – Mechanical), GSE (Gas Turbine Systems Technician – Electrical)

  • Marine Corps : 21XX (Ground Maintenance occupational field), 1141 (Electrician), 3521 (Motor Vehicle Mechanic)

  • Coast Guard : MK (Machinery Technician), EM (Electrician’s Mate)

If you’ve maintained equipment, solved technical problems, or supported operational readiness, your skills are highly transferable.
