Packaging Engineering Laboratory Technician I
Location: Arden Hills, MN
Pay: $26.55 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (1st Shift)
Adecco is seeking a Packaging Engineering Laboratory Technician I to join a leading engineering and manufacturing team in Arden Hills, MN . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a packaging engineering laboratory while working alongside engineers on product testing, laboratory operations, and equipment maintenance.
Job Responsibilities

Perform routine package testing under the guidance of engineers and senior laboratory staff.

Prepare, label, condition, and organize packaging test samples.

Operate laboratory equipment including compression testers, environmental chambers, seal strength testers, and leak test systems.

Accurately record test results and maintain laboratory documentation.

Assist with equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.

Support engineering teams with testing projects and work requests.

Follow all company safety, quality, and regulatory procedures.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED required.

Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Willingness to learn laboratory testing methods and equipment operation.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
-
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds .
-
Comfortable standing, walking, and working in a laboratory environment throughout the shift.

Ability to safely operate laboratory equipment and follow all safety protocols.

Pay Details: $26.55 per hour
