THIS IS AN INDIANA NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION This position is part of the IN JFHQ CAJMTC MCCO, Indiana National Guard under Position Description Number D2058000. MILITARY GRADES: WO1 through CW4 or O3 through O4 COMPATIBLE MILITARY ASSIGNMENTS: OD, QM, TC, LG GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education or training involving judgment and/or analytical ability in the logistics field. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: 1-year specialized experience, education or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Must have experience, education, or training which includes identifying activities involving logistical support operations. Experience integrating the actions of a variety of specialized support activities in order to develop a comprehensive logistics plan. Experience monitoring such functions as program planning, resource and fiscal management, training, manpower management, and/or automated data processing to meet the logistics plan. Experience identifying delays or problems and developing corrective actions. If approved, the memorandum will be returned to you and then submitted with your application. Develops, implements and evaluates the logistics and property accountability plans and policies for the organization. Develops and coordinates the execution of the command supply discipline program, command maintenance discipline program, and other directed command inspection programs. May supervise and maintain property book accountability utilizing an automated system and related computer programs to account for property. May establish quality control procedures and oversees the edit of all documents. Provides technical guidance and assistance to all organizational logistic personnel pertaining to logistics and property management. Is the primary point of contact for the conduct of new material information briefings for the command. Performs other duties as assigned. Security clearance required: Secret
Education To receive credit for Education, you must provide transcripts or documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position. You may combine education with specialized experience to meet the length of experience requirement for GS-11. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the line of work. For the GS-11 level: To qualify on education alone applicant must have one of the following: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related Only graduate education in excess of the amount required for the next lower grade level may be used to qualify applicants for positions at grade GS 11 including qualifying with combination of education and experience.
