Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Coordinator, Behavioral Health Vendor Management to join our Network Contracting team.

About the role:

The Coordinator, Behavioral Health Vendor Management works closely with stakeholders to support various project/program related tasks of varying sizes, as well as individual work on small scale projects, related to Oscar's delegated vendors.

You will report into the Manager, Behavioral Health.

Work Location: This position is based in our Tempe, Arizona office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid

Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $67,813 - $89,004 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee program implementation including configuration, testing, and monitoring of all elements of services administered by our vendors/stakeholders.
  • Manage inbound escalations, validate the issue, identify root cause, and communicate timely resolution to stakeholders
  • Review internal and external audit requests and coordinate with vendors and/or project stakeholders as required.
  • Support business alignment and oversight with key stakeholders by providing cross-program support to program leads.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience

Bonus points:

  • Experience with claim testing and Quality Assurance (QA)
  • Experience with ticketing system (such as Jira)
  • Experience with payers offering ACA/health exchange insurance
  • Experience using analytical tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
