Full job description

Amergis Educational Staffing is currently seeking After School Instructional Aides to assist a student either 1:1 or in a small group setting in a classroom in the Orange County region for the 26/27 school year. The Instructional Aide position involves supervision as well as utilization of language skills, mathematical skills, and reasoning skills, while also teaching with planning and implementing lessons based on division and school objectives. Prior experience working with kids is required.

Monday - Friday

Shift

  • After School hours (˜ 12:30pm - 6:00pm)

Pay Rate:Up to $22/hour

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice

  • Current CPR if applicable

  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
