Job Title: Laborer Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated laborer to join our team. The primary role involves refurbishing and cleaning aluminum formwork. You will use hammers to remove excess cement, perform quality checks on aluminum forms, spray paint, bundle, and load forms onto trucks.

Responsibilities

• Refurbish and clean aluminum formwork.

• Use hammers to knock off excess cement.

• Perform quality checks on aluminum forms.

• Spray paint, bundle, and load forms onto trucks.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction.

• Proficiency with hand tools.

• Ability to perform manual labor.

• Capability to lift 50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, carpentry, and general labor.

• Familiarity with power tools and concrete work.

Work Environment

Our work environment is flexible, allowing movement between departments based on where help is needed. The team consists of 35 individuals working in the yard. We have a dress code that requires steel-toed boots, jeans, and T-shirts, with no cut-off T-shirts allowed. The role operates on a 1st shift schedule from 7am to 3:30pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nazareth, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
