  • Partner with global HR, site leadership, IT, Finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure HR programs are implemented clearly and consistently across Thailand

  • Strengthen onboarding for Thailand new hires, ensuring employees are set up for success from offer acceptance through their first 90 days

  • Create and maintain clear 30, 60, and 90 day onboarding plans in partnership with managers, HR, and site teams

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, communication, and employee experience as Lumilens scales its Thailand manufacturing operations

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, engineering, or other site-based workforces preferred

  • Strong ability to partner with site leaders, influence hiring decisions, and balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution

  • Demonstrated ability to build recruiting pipelines, manage hiring processes, and use data to improve hiring outcomes

  • Excellent judgment, communication skills, and comfort working across local and global teams in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer
