Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to support a large-scale inventory and asset management program. This individual will serve as a key point of coordination for inbound and outbound logistics activities, including shipment scheduling, inventory tracking, warehouse operations, and communication across multiple internal and client-facing stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong logistics or supply chain background and be comfortable managing competing priorities, solving operational challenges, and ensuring assets are transported, tracked, and delivered accurately. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating shipment schedules across more than 150 client locations, maintaining inventory records, distributing arrival and shipment information, analyzing operational data, and ensuring compliance with established processes. This role will work closely with Logistics Managers, Program Managers, Project Managers, warehouse teams, and other business partners while supporting a warehouse transition effort and ongoing inventory movement between locations. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to leverage systems and reporting tools to drive operational efficiency.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
Strong understanding of inbound/outbound shipping workflows, shipment scheduling, asset tracking, and inventory control.
Experience utilizing warehouse management systems, barcode/RFID scanners (Zebra preferred), and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and Pivot Tables; Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus.
Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, solve operational issues, communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
