What the day will look like

In this role, you will lead a business-led transformation program committed to building and implementing Aon’s Target Operating Model. You will work closely with the Internal Consulting team and senior leaders across the organization. You will connect strategy with execution, ensuring operating model changes deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Build and manage an integrated transformation roadmap covering processes, organization, governance, technology, and data, with clear linkage to business impact

  • Translate strategic objectives into operating model initiatives (e.g., centralization, standardization, digitization, global capabilities) and measurable benefits such as efficiency, quality, and experience

  • Partner with business leaders to define and evolve the Target Operating Model, including roles, responsibilities, location strategy, and transition plans

  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and constraints (including regulatory and compliance), and support data-driven decision-making at senior leadership level

  • Design and run governance frameworks (steering committees, decision forums, portfolio reviews), ensuring transparency and consistency across the program

  • Build positive relationships with partners across Solution Lines, Regions, Functions, and ABS, aligning priorities and encouraging collaboration in a global matrix organization

  • Lead clear and effective executive communication, including preparation of presentations, dashboards, and decision materials

  • Support adoption of the Target Operating Model through pilots, phased rollouts, and continuous improvement, ensuring sustainable change
