Maintenance Specialist

Employment Type: Part timeShift: Day Shift Description: Per Diem - Days Job duties include but are not limited to; Interior & Exterior Painting, Kitchen/Bedroom Renovations, Kitchen Cabinetry Repair, Trim work Vinyl Floor Installations, Room Turnovers, Vinyl Siding Repairs, Asphalt Crack Sealing, Assisting Grounds Department in Landscaping Projects, Assisting Maintenance Technicians on large repairs, and Seasonal Snow Removal.

• Performs maintenance duties including carpentry repairs, plumbing, electrical repairs, equipment repairs, replacing bulbs and fixtures, as needed.

• Completes work orders as directed by the department manage or maintenance lead.

• Performs seasonal work such as shoveling snow as needed.

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and fellow employees.

Education Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma or GED required.

• Experience: At least 3 years in building maintenance or a similar facility role.

Pay Ranges: $21.11 - $33.79 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
