Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior IT Certinia/Salesforce Business Analyst to support their IT Applications organization. This candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, administering and configuring Certinia/Salesforce, supporting Agile delivery, driving process improvements, and partnering with business stakeholders, developers, product owners, and support teams. This candidate can sit 100% remote.

5+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
Experience administering and configuring Salesforce and/or Certinia including:
Custom Objects and Fields
Validation Rules
Page Layouts
Record Types
Profiles and Permission Sets
Approval Processes
Flow Builder (required)
Reports and Dashboards
Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
Ability to document user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business requirements
Experience supporting production issues, root cause analysis, and enhancement requests
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and platform capabilities
Experience partnering with developers and understanding when requirements should be solved through configuration versus custom development
Experience leading UAT, testing, and release validation
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Certinia (FinancialForce) experience
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
Experience with PSA, billing, resource management, or professional services automation applications
Experience with Jira and Confluence
