Amergis Educational Staffing is partnered with a school in Duxbury, MA who is currently seeking a High School Aide to work with students on a contractual basis.
Details of the Position Include:
Start Date: 08/31/2026
Duration: Full school year
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-3pm
Requirements: Prior experience working as a 1:1 aide with middle-high school students.
Description: Seeking a qualified School Aide to work 1:1 with a High school aged male student Responsible for modifying curriculum, collecting data on the student, working 1:1, redirecting, and accompanying the student during transitions.
Pay: $25/ hour

The School Aide is an individual who works with students requiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department, teacher and/or supervising designee. The School Aide may also provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker or other health care professional.
Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required

Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice

Current CPR if applicable

TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
