Registered Nurse (RN) – Overnight Homecare - $50-$55/hr

What You’ll Do

As a Homecare RN, you will provide personalized, high-quality care while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families:

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans

• Perform skilled nursing interventions based on patient needs and goals

• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring effectiveness

• Assess patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care teams

• Provide education to patients and caregivers to support independence

• Coordinate care and assist with discharge planning when appropriate

What You Bring

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Current health screening (PPD or chest X-ray)

• Strong clinical judgment and a patient-first mindset

• One year of RN experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical experience are encouraged to apply)
