Summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, team development, and financial management. The role demands both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

Drive branch growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

Ensure excellent customer service by fostering an environment of continuous improvement and accountability.

Regularly visit key clients to identify opportunities for further business development.

Oversee branch operations to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.

Use financial reports to manage cash flow, improve transportation yield, and control expenses.

Focus on driving profitable growth by increasing revenue and improving operational efficiency.

Develop and implement strategies to keep the branch competitive in the freight forwarding market.

Leverage market insights to adapt and enhance the branch's operational performance.

Work closely with the leadership team to align branch goals with overall company objectives.

Promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and constructive feedback within the branch.

Travel as required.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team aligned with the company's mission.

Educational background / Work experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

At least 5 years of progressive experience in the freight forwarding industry, or 10 years of equivalent work experience is preferred.

Physical Demands

For this position, the expected base pay is:$104,500-$156,500 / Annual. Actual compensation will bedeterminedbased on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education or certifications, and geographic location, consistent with applicable laws and company policy.
