Full job description

The Senior Compliance Analyst serves as a subject matter expert responsible for leading audits, conducting regulatory analyses, interpreting regulatory changes, developing remediation strategies, and mentoring junior compliance staff.

The role influences departmental compliance strategy and partners with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure proactive regulatory adherence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the design and execution of audit programs and develop remediation plans.

  • Interpret state, federal, and privacy regulatory changes and advise business leaders/stakeholders on required actions.

  • Present findings and conduct risk analyses for leadership. May contribute to preparing dashboards.

  • Lead targeted compliance and process audits; coordinate with Law & Regulation, Internal Audit and other relevant parties

  • Mentor Intermediate and Entry-level staff; provide subject matter guidance on regulatory topics.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5–7 years of experience in compliance, auditing, insurance operations.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and audit methodologies.

  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting to leadership.

  • Ability to operate independently and influence departmental strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.

  • Experience leading inter-departmental audits, regulatory initiatives, and external regulatory processes.

  • Proficiency developing high-level dashboards and risk reporting for leadership.

  • AIC,CPCU and/or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Designations.

Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials.

Pay Range: $84,610-$106,604

Eligible full-time employees receive a competitive Total Rewards package, including but not limited to a 401(k) with employer match up to 8% and additional service-based contributions, Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, Life and Disability coverage, generous PTO, Paid Sick Leave, and paid parental leave in addition to state-mandated leave. Employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
