Job Title: Manufacturing Associate – 2nd Shift
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Location: Oro Valley, AZ
Pay Rate: $19.89/hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Associate to join our 2nd shift team in dispenser assembly. In this role, you will be responsible for executing critical manufacturing processes while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform manufacturing activities in strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout production workflows.
-
Operate, monitor, and conduct routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
-
Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations at all times.
-
Identify and support troubleshooting opportunities and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
-
0–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
-
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Familiarity with industry best practices.

Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs during routine job duties.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in diagnostics or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
