If you are interested in becoming a Personal Care Aide (PCA) and want to be able to build relationships with families in your community to provide compassionate, individualized care,then we want to talk to you about our company-sponsored training program. What you’ll be doing:

Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
-
Provide assistance with personal care.
-
Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
-
Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
-
Properly manage household needs.
-
Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

Requirements:

Previous experience is preferred

Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle with current registration

Must be able to pass a national background check and drug test
