Job Description

Manage and supervise day-to-day onsite execution of industrial installation projects at client facilities. Plan, maintain, and update project schedules; coordinate and direct field crews and subcontractors; and conduct daily coordination and safety meetings. Ensure compliance with safety policies and site rules; monitor quality, productivity, and adherence to drawings/specifications; and coordinate with engineering/design, fabrication, and project management teams to resolve field issues and implement approved changes. Track project progress, labor hours, and costs; support documentation and tracking of change orders; and prepare daily/weekly site status reports for management and the client. Coordinate logistics for delivery, staging, and inventory control of materials, equipment, and tools, including receiving/shipping documentation. Coordinate with electrical/controls and commissioning teams during startup to support readiness, testing, and project turnover.

Requires Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or closely related field, or foreign educational equivalent, plus 24 months’ experience as a Construction Manager.

TRAVEL: Reports to HQ in LaGrange, KY. Approx. 70% onsite/travel to client project sites and 30% at HQ (LaGrange, KY); worksites are various unanticipated client locations; frequency/duration varies by project.
