Job Description
We are looking for a Systems Engineer for a growing aerospace and defense manufacturer in Simsbury, CT. This role will own system requirements, verification planning, interface management, and technical execution across mission-critical hardware programs.
Job Logistics

Day to Day
• Develop and manage system requirements
• Decompose customer requirements
• Maintain requirements traceability
• Lead interface management efforts
• Develop verification plans and verification matrices
• Support architecture trade studies
• Manage technical risks and mitigation plans
• Collaborate across engineering disciplines
• Participate in customer technical discussions
Compensation: (Salary: $110,000 to $155,000) Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
