Description
We are looking for a Senior-level/L4 TS/SCI-cleared Security Specialist to join our team.
Minimum Required Qualifications :

11-14 years of experience. This includes more than 5 yrs. within the DoD/IC

Knowledge, skills, abilities, experience related to guidance and directives: DoD, DCID, ICD, JAFAN, NISPOM, and related Security Classification Regulations

Experience conducting indoctrinations, Briefs/Debriefs and writing SOPs

Experience with classification management and review
-
Experience reviewing program security plans and SOPs for programs.

Knowledge and the ability to interpret, apply, and comply with Security Classification Guides (SCGs).

Experience with implementation of security procedures in compliance with the Intelligence Community Directives and government policies.

Knowledge of ICD705

Information Security, PERSEC knowledge, Physical Security knowledge

Understanding of Accreditation processing, knowledge of Fixed Facility Checklists, Co-Use Agreements, and Emergency Action Plans

Program Security Officer experience in addition to SAP processing dealing with SIC/JADE account look ups and creations. Knowledge of submitting the accesses for SAPs, maintain SAP training, records etc. In addition to other personnel security responsibilities, i.e. experience with indoctrinations, access management, and IC policy and directives.

Experience working in a fast-paced team environment, and have strong written and verbal communication skills

Must obtain DoD Security Professional Education Development (SPeD) Certification IAW DoD Manual # 3305.13M within 1 year of service start date.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelors or equivalent experience in a related field.
Security Clearance Requirement:
- Active TS/SCI, current CI polygraph required
Salary Range : $106,000+ based on ability to meet or exceed stated requirements
