As a Security Guard - Full Time - Driver Patrol in Sauget, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of chemical and petrochemical facility buildings, grounds, parking areas, perimeter areas, and restricted locations.

Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity according to site procedures.

Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.

Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while supporting security-related procedures for a regulated industrial location.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
