Full job description
Description As a Product Manager – Commerce Cloud Agentforce & Search, you will own the end-to-end execution of AI-powered product discovery and autonomous shopping features. You'll work directly with engineering, data science, and UX teams to build, ship, and optimize semantic search engines and Agentforce workflows that help B2C buyers find and purchase products seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities

Feature Lifecycle: Define, prioritize, and execute the product backlog for commerce search, semantic retrieval, and agentic workflows.

Sprint Delivery: Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and data science/AI teams.

Feature Optimization: Fine-tune retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) models, vector search queries, and LLM prompts to improve search relevance.

A/B Testing & Analytics: Design and track key performance metrics like search conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and agent resolution times.

User Experience (UX): Partner with UX designers to build intuitive interfaces for conversational shopping and search filtering.

Merchant Tooling: Maintain and improve the business manager dashboard where merchants manage catalog indexing and manual search overrides.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: 3–5+ years of Product Management experience in E-commerce, Enterprise SaaS, or highly technical software products.

Technical Background: Hands-on experience working alongside data scientists or search engineers on information retrieval, NLP, or recommendation engines.

AI/ML Familiarity: Conceptual understanding of how LLMs, vector embeddings, and prompt engineering function in production environments.

Data Proficiency: Strong SQL and analytics skills to dive into search logs, identify friction points, and run user behavior analysis.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related analytical field (or equivalent practical experience).
