Key Responsibilities
- Developing a risk-based test strategy, plan test procedures and author test cases based on PRD, Field Failures and DFMEA documents.
- Developing and Maintaining Validation Test Plan for BMS and Battery
- Providing expertise in Functionality, Safety and regulatory compliance.
- PrioritizIing tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, component owners, product and quality assurance to define test plans and acceptance criteria.
Ideal Candidate
- Overall 2 to 4 years of experience in the validation/testing environment.
- Proficiency in developing detailed validation plans & reports based on functional and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of testing and failure identification.
- Developing test setups, select instrumentation, and ensure accurate data acquisition using tools such as PCAN, LabVIEW, or NI DAQ.
- Expertise in identifying risks in the component and feeding them to the CFTs and also suggest mitigation plans.
- Document all test results and prepare detailed technical reports for internal and external team reviews.
