Production Worker

Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Birchwood, WI

Pay: $19

Shift: Day (M-Th): 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Set up, adjust, and operate individual machines within the production work center.

• Read process documentation to determine physical specifications and processing steps.

• Gather materials for assembly and perform quality checks on finished products.

• Assist management and maintenance personnel in troubleshooting equipment and process issues.

• Maintain accurate records of production information and perform housekeeping duties.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and write in English and understand technical drawings.

• Experience operating machinery and knowledge of materials and products.

• Capability to perform minor preventative maintenance and operator care.

• Understanding of safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures.
