  • Maintain a clean, organized work area in a clean-room style environment in compliance with FDA and warehouse standards.

  • Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality as part of a small, closely coordinated team.

  • Prioritize accuracy over speed while still meeting productivity expectations in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

  • Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical-related products.

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience in picking or packing roles in a warehouse or similar environment.

  • Ability to lift and push up to 50 pounds throughout the shift while standing for extended periods.

  • Capability to follow detailed written procedures and quality standards.

  • Willingness and ability to pass any required basic computer and math testing during onboarding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working with FedEx and USPS shipping processes in a warehouse or distribution environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve order or labeling issues quickly and accurately.

  • Comfort working with warehouse technologies such as scanners and label printers.
