Full job description

At Alpine Eagle, we’re building the future of counter-drone defence. We’re a fast-growing, international deep-tech company working at the intersection of aerospace engineering, defence systems, and machine learning. Our goal: create the world’s first swarm-based, airborne counter-drone system.

Modern conflicts show how quickly drones are reshaping the battlefield. Threats are rising, and today’s solutions aren’t keeping pace. We’re here to change that.

Alpine Eagle isn’t just a defence company. It’s a mission. Backed by an international team, strong funding, and a bold vision, we’re looking for people who want to shape the next generation of aerial security and build something that truly matters.

🎯 How you will make an impact:

• Set up and support lab and onboard test measurements (vibration, temperature, motors, structures)

• Research and prepare DAQs, sensors, and test instrumentation

• Improve prototyping lab tools, layout, and workflows

• Optimize 3D printing processes and part quality

• Support prototyping, assembly, and test activities

• Manage 3D printing operations and part post-processing

• Assist with component selection and engineering documentation (ISO 9001/9100)

• Provide hands-on support during peak workload phases

✅ What you need to be successful:

  • Valid work permit (citizenship or visa) for Germany

  • Currently enrolled in a university within Germany

• Aerospace, mechanical engineering, or similar background

• CAD and 3D printing experience

• Knowledge of electronics and embedded systems (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensors, DAQs)

• Understanding of drone/aircraft design and development cycles

• Hands-on, proactive, and organized team player

• Comfortable working autonomously in lab and workshop environments

• Driving license is a plus, not required

At Alpine Eagle, you're not just taking a job - you're joining a mission.
