What You'll Work On
No two days are the same.
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment that keeps our manufacturing operation running efficiently and safely.
You'll work on:
Industrial pumps
Electric motors
Gearboxes
Process heaters
Chillers
Pneumatic systems
Hydraulic systems
Mechanical equipment
Valves
Conveying equipment
Manufacturing support systems
What You'll Do
Every day you'll have opportunities to:
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
Repair pumps, motors, valves, gearboxes, and process equipment
Install new machinery and equipment
Read blueprints and mechanical drawings
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Work closely with Production and Engineering teams
Help improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
Your work directly impacts production success.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
Industrial Maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting skills
Mechanical aptitude
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Basic electrical knowledge
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Experience using hand and power tools
A safety-first mindset
Experience with the following is a plus:
PLC troubleshooting
Welding
Millwright work
Forklifts
Scissor lifts
Boom lifts
Industrial controls
CMMS/EAM systems
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Technical School, Industrial Maintenance Certificate, or Military Maintenance experience preferred
3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
Manufacturing maintenance experience strongly preferred
Military veterans and experienced mechanics are encouraged to apply.
