Job Title: CNC Machinist
Pay: Starts at $24+/hour
Shift: 6:00am to 2:00pm (flexible start time)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist who can thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist and/or Manual Machinist, capable of setting up both CNC and manual lathes according to blueprint specifications.
Responsibilities

3+ years of CNC lathe and mills experience

Set up CNC and manual lathes according to blueprint specifications, selecting appropriate fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials.

Manufacture products using CNC and/or manual lathes, ensuring they meet all specifications.

Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators to verify product accuracy.

Make necessary adjustments to ensure products meet specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure equipment is well-maintained.

Ensure safe work practices are consistently followed.
Work Environment
Work in an industrial, refractory setting with a daylight shift offering a flexible start time, from Monday through Friday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mars, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
