Employment Type: Full time Shift: Night Shift
Description: 3 Lacks at Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital is a 32‑bed, all‑private‑room acute care unit specializing in geriatric patients (65+) . This high‑acuity, adaptable care environment unit manages telemetry, cardiac drips, high‑flow oxygen, BiPAP , and advanced therapies. Nurses care for patients with rapidly changing conditions, using advanced assessment and strong clinical judgment.
3 Lacks follows a nurse‑directed, team‑based care model with RNs, LPNs, Nurse Externs, PCAs, and Virtual RNs. The hospital is a NICHE Exemplar Organization , recognized for excellence in geriatric nursing and interdisciplinary collaboration.

What you will work

Position Summary:
Registered Nurse, RN works in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidenced based medicine and individualized patient care. A Registered Nurse, RN is expected to facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.
What Registered Nurse, RN will need:

Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and program

Associates Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred.

In Grand Rapids if ADN must enroll in BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete in 4 years of hire

Licensed in the State of Michigan

Current BLS AHA certification
-
Experience in a health care setting
