Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Speech Language Pathologist, you will be a vital clinician, expertly assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders to significantly improve patient quality of life.

Every day, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations for all referred patients, meticulously implementing individualized treatment plans. You'll contribute clinical expertise to develop/upgrade treatment programs/protocols, and actively shape departmental and organizational goals.

To be successful in this role, you will possess advanced clinical knowledge, exceptional diagnostic/therapeutic skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Our Therapy Team has been awarded the Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award for 2 years in a row. This prestigious award recognized our team's unwavering commitment to providing exceptional patient care and experiences.

  • Completes documentation of treatment minutes and enters electronic charges accurately and timely

  • Participates in continuing education and develops advanced skills that enhance and align with department, clinical and business development

  • Participates on internal/external task force, committee or board appropriate to diagnostic program per manager approval

We are offering $10k in relocation to applicants who meet the qualifications.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech/Language Pathology program or related field

  • Internship in appropriate clinical setting

  • Licensed by AZ State Board Speech Language Pathologist

  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certificate

Preferred

  • Master's Degree in appropriate clinical

  • Doctorate Of Science in appropriate clinical area

  • Two (2) years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical care

Pay Range

$39.18 - $58.28 /hour
