How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the clinical area, providing a professional welcome to patients while expertly routing communications between families and care teams.

  • Manage the patient journey by strategically scheduling appointments and consultations to ensure a timely and efficient flow of care.

  • Facilitate essential clinical workflows by supporting physicians with software navigation, including order entries, patient transfers, and discharge documentation.

  • Maintain clinical readiness through the meticulous assembly of patient charts and the management of all departmental files and correspondence.

  • Orchestrate office logistics by coordinating staff schedules, managing timekeeping systems, and overseeing meeting requirements and minutes.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
