About the Role:
The Warehouse Employee PM plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of inventory and materials during the afternoon and evening shifts. This position is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by receiving, storing, and distributing products in a timely manner while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The role requires close collaboration with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy. The Warehouse Employee PM contributes to the overall success of the supply chain by ensuring that orders are processed correctly and shipments are prepared for dispatch. This position is essential for maintaining smooth warehouse workflows and supporting customer satisfaction through reliable order fulfillment.
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.

Basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and inventory.

Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.

Availability to work afternoon and evening shifts as scheduled.
Preferred Qualifications:

Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.

Responsibilities:

Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of delivered goods against purchase orders.

Organize and store inventory in designated locations to optimize space and accessibility.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse, reporting any hazards or maintenance needs.

Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping deadlines.

Document and report any discrepancies, damages, or issues related to inventory or shipments.
